WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will be collaborating cross-functionally with Energy & Construct marketing teams as well as marketing functions such as Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Creative, Integrated Media and Communication teams. You will also work closely with Cities, across EMEA and with Global teams. This role reports to Director, Energy Marketing, NBHD.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Senior Professional , Energy Marketing, NBHD to join the Energy Marketing team .
In th is role you will be responsible for supporting the broader team to create marketing plans & strategies that connect with our most discerning male consumer allow ing us to create the future of Sport & Culture . The candidate would need to be someone who has a broad understanding of sneaker culture and the fashion industry as well as a strong understanding of the NBHD marketplace . The candidate will also have solid brand management skills (which includes Partner marketing, integrated media, experience , etc. ) . In addition , hav ing a strong sense of accountability and flexibility to adapt quickly to new prioritie s.
- Demonstrated experience in brand management, including developing and executing integrated marketing plans, identifying seeding strategies, creating content and media briefs, and supporting the development of innovative marketing strategies.
- In-depth understanding of streetwear and sneaker culture, as well as fashion, art, and design.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners in fashion, art, and design sectors.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure timely execution of marketing plans.
- E xperience in prioritizing and managing multiple deliverables simultaneously, delivering results under tight and complex timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and intrinsic passion for flawless execution.
- Ability to communicate vision and purpose, building energy and optimism in others for the organization's vision.
- Comfortable presenting marketing plans to various stakeholders, including Construct and Field of Play brand marketing teams and other relevant business units, for both smaller projects and major campaign launches.
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects end-to-end and collaborate successfully within a team environment across all levels of the organization.
- Strong sense of ownership, proactivity, and accountability.
WHAT YOU 'LL WORK ON
You will support the ENERGY NBHD team in setting the vision for our most discerning consumer, including collaboration launch plans and the NBHD ecosystem strategy across EMEA. This includes working on overarching strategies that complement city-level initiatives involving high-profile fashion influencers and cultural leaders, ensuring our brand's position at the forefront of streetwear and sneaker culture.
You will focus on key marketing levers needed to bring products and experiences to life, working closely with cross-functional teams. Building strong relationships both internally and externally is critical.
- Obsess our most discerning consumer , rooted in streetwear & sneaker culture, fashion, art and design, translating insights into brand opportunities that take consumers somewhere new.
- Support in setting a vision & umbrella strategy for how best to connect with our most discerning consumer, to catalyze the broader brand and business.
- Support in executing key product collaborations delivering on our umbrella strategy, in partnership with Global, including product launch campaigns and execution in the NBHD marketplace ecosystem.
- Collaborate with our consumer construct brand management and city-based Energy teammates to feed key catalysts into Geo seasonal campaigns, and support in the develop ment of longer -term catalyst brand plans that create the future of sport & culture .
