The ideal candidate for this Senior Professional role in Energy Marketing, RNWY is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of luxury, fashion, and entertainment industries. They possess a proven track record in brand marketing, PR, or cultural marketing, particularly within the Milan fashion scene. This individual excels at building and managing high-profile relationships, translating cultural insights into impactful marketing strategies, and leading innovative campaigns in fast-paced environments. They demonstrate exceptional communication skills, cultural awareness, and a passion for style and celebrity culture. The successful applicant is an influential leader who can inspire both internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Key requirements:

  • Proven experience in brand marketing, PR, or cultural marketing within luxury, fashion, or entertainment sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-profile relationships, especially in Milan's fashion industry

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As the Senior Professional in Energy Marketing, RNWY, you'll bridge Nike's global vision with fashion, luxury, and entertainment markets. You'll develop innovative strategies, cultivate high-profile relationships, and execute impactful campaigns that resonate with discerning consumers, focusing on fashion, luxury, and entertainment trends.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies that blend fashion, lifestyle, and Nike's brand priorities
  • Cultivating and managing high-level relationships with key influencers, cultural leaders, and trendsetters within the fashion and luxury industries
  • Creating marketing journeys tailored to specific individuals or communities within the fashion and luxury sectors
  • Elevating Nike's cultural relevance through innovative campaigns that integrate fashion-forward narratives, athlete stories, and key sport moments
  • Acting as the strategic liaison between Nike and style-driven communities, ensuring local market insights are integrated into global strategies
  • Identifying and leveraging emerging trends in fashion, celebrity culture, and lifestyle to inform marketing strategies
  • Leading the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns designed to engage fashion-forward, celebrity-influenced consumers
