The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,500.00 in our lowest geographic market to $222,900.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

The Experimentation Platforms team owns the global capability to enable experimentation at Nike, empowering our product, technology, and business teams to deliver best in class digital experience on behalf of Nike. This team delivers end-to-end strategy and implementation of our tools, and supports foundational capabilities that enables Nike to bring engaging content and new features to consumers. Our platform is used across all of Nike digital experiences, including Nike.com and Nike App, activity APPs like NRC and NTC, and SNKRs to name a few. The Experimentation Platform core team is critical in enabling best in class digital experiences for our athletes* either directly or by working in conjunction with other digital product teams.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive forward our Experimentation Platform foundation to enable Digital Feature delivery at scale. This role will become an expert in Experimentation and Feature delivery and will work closely with a wider product management and technology teams to drive forward key technology and experience initiatives across our channels and applications. You will drive a roadmap with KPIs and goals critical to our Digital experiences across Nike's digital journeys.

This role is best served by the following mix of strengths:

  • Product sense and customer empathy: Experimentation platform needs across products will vary and you will need to keep the consumer's needs in mind as you navigate competing requests across the Nike product management teams.
  • Cross-functional influence: Nike's organization is vast, and this role's impact will be massive. In order to deliver, you will influence partners and stakeholders by building trust, earning respect, and bringing together many teams in pursuit of common goals - without direct authority. A strong sense for ownership is essential to be effective across a broad organization.
  • A curious nature: This role will handle many different requests, most of them are great ideas but needing help along the ideation journey. Asking questions and understanding requirements will be central to building an excellent product foundation.
  • An Analytical thought process: A love of data and ensuring that data quality is at our core will be central to empowering Nike in making better decisions as we continue to put our consumers first. Understanding how data drives insights will be critical in ensuring the correct instrumentation is implemented and that a unified definition is used across different analyses.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, you'll be working with the Experimentations Platforms Product team as a Senior Product Manager for Universal Holdouts and Experimentaiton Center of Excellence. Your core focus will be on enabling teams to test and deliver features at scale for Nike. In this role you will lead a core scrum team focused on delivering capabilities for our Nike.com and Nike App specific roadmaps. You will work with product and technology stakeholders to determine how you prioritize multiple key business and technology initiatives. You will coordinate quarterly and yearly roadmap needs from other consumer experience product managers, and global and geo business stakeholders to achieve this goal.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work across a set of cross functional teams including App experience, design, engineering, enterprise data and analytics, and other digital product teams. You will lead multiple app squads and drive requirements across both iOS and Android.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define SMART goals and drive progress towards reaching those via measurable KPIs
  • Effectively prioritize work and value drops to achieve business goals. Create expected outcome models to advise this prioritization
  • Partner with Principal Engineers to define a strategy that drives performance, stability and flexibility
  • Create and drive foundational App roadmap
  • Coordinate delivery teams to drive value drops
  • Leverage Consumer Empathy: Live your customer's reality - both your internal consumers AND the Nike consumer using Nike Digital Products
  • Exhibit a Bias for Delivery: Participate in Agile ceremonies and keep the cross functional team passionate about near term deliverables in a fast changing environment

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, working as a Product Manager on Agile development teams focused on global digital products, preferably within the domain of digital commerce or data products.
  • Experience in AB testing best practices and tools: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Optimizely, Server side, etc.
  • Proven success working cross-functionally to deliver results with limited direction.
  • Experience building successful working relationships with engineers, program managers, business folks, and key partners at the director, senior director, and VP level.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Experience establishing, testing and validating hypotheses. Demonstrable analysis of data sets to make business recommendations or decisions.
  • Proven experience of driving business impact leveraging digital analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize while delivering consistently high-quality results.
  • Ability to translate strategies into well-defined product requirements and user stories.
  • Experience working in common Agile, Roadmap tools: JIRA/Confluence, etc.
