Senior Product Line Manager, Global Apparel Women's Tees

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

We are looking for a Senior Product Line Manager to manage Women's Tees. This role will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the product creation process. This Sr PLM will work closely with their peers in product management as well as cross-functional teammates in Merchandising, Design, Development, Planning and Operations teams to lead the product creation cycle.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This teammate will also be responsible for creating seasonal product and graphic strategies and crafting clear, insightful and impactful product briefs. They will analyse consumer and competitive trends in the market and bring the highest quality product to market that inspires, engages and serves athletes around the world.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
  • A minimum of 3 years directly relevant experience
  • Related experience in product, merchandising or related role
  • Ability to organize and guide multiple product creation timelines
  • Passion for product and an ability to understand the Women's consumer
  • Outstanding attention to details
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to drive consensus
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations
  • Necessary Skills/Tools: Visual Tool Creation (Powerpoint/Keynote/Miro), Excel Skills, Retail Math, Smartsheets
  • Ability to travel up to 5-10%

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

If this is you, you will work with a cross-functional team (Merchandising, Design and Development) on the apparel creation process from brief to final product approval. You will lead the product creation workflow through data management and effective collaboration across cross-functional partners. You will deliver on key dates and hold yourself accountable to be a great teammate.

A typical day/week includes leading cross-functional team meetings, driving team accountability to deadlines, obsessing the consumer, marketplace and product and building and maintaining great product tools.
