WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will report to the Chassis Product Director for Global Football apparel and will work closely with the Lead Product Line Manager and other Product Line Managers who work on the Global Football business. In addition to working with your triad to bring product to life, you will work with Geo and Territory Sales, Materials/Trims teams, Brand, Planning, Sourcing, Merchandising, and Finance along the product journey. This role works extremely close with our EMEA team in The Netherlands.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a Senior Product Line Manager for our Global Football apparel business. This individual needs to have a proven ability to manage our product line of football kits and training apparel designed to meet the needs of our most elite athletes as well as our weekend footballers. In this fast paced and dynamic role, you will need to be comfortable managing competing priorities in a deadline driven environment while embracing the volatility which can come with working on the one true global sport.

In this role, this individual will lead our TEAM business and the product creation process across Men's, Women's, and Youth. As the Senior Product Line Manager, this individual will be responsible for leading a cross functional team, while bringing excellent business management skills, a strong strategic competence, and creative problem solving to this high profile role.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree or higher or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • 2-4 years of experience in product-related role
  • Strong product creation and intuition for business
  • Ability to manage a large, high-profile business, including a strong base knowledge of product finance including revenue, margin, FOB's, etc.
  • Creativity and passion for product, fashion, color and style
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • General understanding of apparel product construction and sourcing process
  • Able to lead and influence a team and enable collaborative working relationships
  • Attention to detail and deadlines
  • Necessary Skills/Tools: Visual Tool Creation (Powerpoint/Keynote/Miro), Excel Skills, Retail Math, Smartsheets
  • Ability to travel ~10-15% of the time

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will be working daily with our global design, development, brand and merchandising teams across multiple subject areas, to create compelling kit and training stories. You will manage the product lifecycles for our TEAM line, and connect them to the branded and licensed businesses. You will be responsible for the custom digital product line, and continuously evolve it to stay ahead of the competition. You will be the leader of the team, keeping projects on task and communicating regularly to both internal and external partners. You will collaborate with team members to develop line plans, implement future product uniform strategies, and track overall progress and delivery in full and on time with one of our most high profile apparel product lines at the company.

You will work closely with your triad team each week to deliver on product creation calendar timelines, including product briefs, asset feedback, design reviews, merchandising plan, and marketplace distribution for multiple projects.
