The Senior Product Integrity standard's role will create and maintain performance standards tools, end-use application, and best-practice procedures to ensure end-to-end consistency of performance deliverables. The role requires strong competencies in end-to-end product creation and manufacturing. The ability to identify and problem-solve across technical Footwear Manufacturing & production operations is required to prevent, identify, and resolve risk factors of potential impact to our product.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This individual will work with Product Integrity teammates to establish an overall Product, Materials and Color quality improvement model. In addition, the role will require cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering, Tier 1 Factory Partners and a variety of other teams at Nike.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
  • 3+ years of Product, Material or Color Quality Management experience
  • Proven experience working on Footwear Development or Manufacturing.
  • Appreciation of other subject areas such as product engineering, technical development, design, product development, etc.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Strong SQL skills and experience with data integration and ETL processes; Alteryx experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to details, organizational skills, analytical skills, and research/investigative abilities.
  • Able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work within an expansive corporate network and diverse manufacturing with knowledge and experience in global partner relationships
  • Strong sense of ownership, ability to work with different partners (great teammate).
  • Solid attention to detail and process orientation
  • Problem structuring and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will help lower the barrier to entry for the Product Integrity Team & business stakeholders to easily access data, develop reports and dashboards, and derive meaningful insights that drive action.

Including:

  • Product Standards creation, communication and documentation
  • Assessments to determine quality process gaps and capability improvement opportunities
  • Cross-functional collaboration to manage standards across creation and manufacturing partners
  • Monitor and review materials quality performance against standards influence and drive actions
  • Promote culture of quality and performance improvements across Nike and partners.
  • Establish clearly defined quality standards metrics and measurements for data analysis, scoring, and reporting, performance against material specifications and color standards.
  • Plan and manage projects and resources to drive best in class production quality for Nike.
  • Collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide self-service analytics solutions.
  • Lead the project management of data reporting and automation solutions to support global business functions.
  • Manage data integration and ensure data quality and consistency across various sources.
