WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Senior Principal of Operations to support Jordan's Streetwear Field of Play (FoP).

You will play an integral role in delivering the Jordan Brand's 2x strategy: consumer, newness, and execution. You will partner with the Streetwear GM and X-FoP Senior Director to integrate the Streetwear squad end-to-end and drive strategic execution and enterprise leadership. You will sit on the Streetwear leadership team and align the Streetwear squad with the workstreams that drive precision through CODE and deliver Streetwear strategies and financial targets.

We are seeking those with cross-functional and diverse business experience who possess direct and indirect team leadership. Candidates must have a proven track record of achieving results, who are skilled at driving clarity, alignment, and effective process to deliver outcomes. Preferred candidates will demonstrate an ability to see the big picture and break it down into its component parts and enroll others in driving the work forward to standards and on-time. You must be an effective communicator adept at providing context and direction with teammates at all levels and instinctively know the right conversations to hold at the right time with the right people to deliver the right outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a Senior Principal of Streetwear Operations for Jordan Brand, you will partner with stakeholders to deliver strategic end-to-end execution:

  • Operationalize how strategy becomes measurable marketplace reality by building roadmaps, creating efficient processes and effective tools, and operating with highly attuned and effective communication that connect current state to future state.
  • Proactively line up the work, the people, and the processes with context for why, how and when. Hold teams accountable for on-time and on standard delivery.
  • Drive key moments in Jordan CODE ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Persuade stakeholders at all levels on decisions and deliverables that drive excellence.
  • Create and leverage best practices, processes, and a culture of continual learning.
  • Nurture healthy team culture - lead, direct, teach, coach.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this role, you will partner closely with Jordan Brand's Streetwear GM, Streetwear Leadership Team, Senior Director of Streetwear Operations, and cross-functionally across Design, Product, Merchandising, Marketing, Marketplace, Planning, and Insights at both the Global and Geo levels. You will also work in partnership with your counterparts in Jordan Streetwear Ops to align on process and practices to deliver 2x execution.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
  • 10+ years professional experience leading transformational programs across multiple functions and/or business units
  • 5+ years direct team leadership and/or indirect cross-functional team leadership
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment
  • Strong understanding of product/retail value chain from innovation to consumer
  • Strategic communicator mining for clarity and alignment
  • Exceptional facilitation skills, including ability to gather relevant data, actively listen, and negotiate forward progress
  • Excellent collaborator and ability to influence cross functionally
  • Project management skills leveraging tools to manage process and workflow
  • Strong executive management skills
