The annual base salary for this position ranges from $166,100.00 in our lowest geographic market to $392,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The AI Governance Senior Principal will spearhead the development and implementation of robust governance frameworks for AI systems, ensuring alignment with ethical, regulatory, and corporate standards across multiple geographies and sectors. This role entails comprehensive oversight of AI policy development, AI/data stewardship practices, and ethical AI frameworks, with particular emphasis on transparency, fairness, accountability, and privacy.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

The Senior Principal will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, compliance officers, and product managers, to establish governance protocols that manage AI lifecycle processes effectively, from data collection through to model deployment and monitoring. This role requires acute awareness of evolving AI regulations and a strong understanding of AI risks, data privacy laws, and compliance frameworks

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

This role will also act as an advisory leader within the organization, providing guidance on AI ethics and data governance strategies to executive leadership and influencing organizational policy at the highest level. They will ensure that governance frameworks are embedded in AI and data practices, proactively identifying areas for improvement and innovation.

This individual will drive the establishment of key performance metrics for ethical AI use and risk management, balancing data utility with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. With a firm grasp of both technological and legal nuances in AI, the Senior Principal will empower stakeholders across the enterprise to leverage AI responsibly and strategically for sustained business impact.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

This individual will have a Graduate Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Regulatory Policies, Information Science, or Information Systems, plus 2+ years of experience in AI Governance, Regulatory Compliance, Data Governance; or equivalent combination of education, experience, training, and AI-related certifications.
