WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will work within the Women's Consumer Merchandising team to create the future of Nike Performance Apparel with a focus on the Statement Training Collections & Bra's. Through Consumer Insights, Line Planning and Assortment Strategy you will be the voice of EMEA to your global counterparts.

You will partner with your women's counterparts across the other CFOP's, FTW, Men's & Kids Training and your marketplace partner merchandisers to bring to life the product and merchandising vision to the consumer.

You will collaborate with all these partners to ensure the right insights, trends, and opportunities are addressed with speed at the right time to influence the future of the brand.

Besides Merchants, you will interact with Training cross-functional partners such as: DSM and Brand on a regular basis.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The goal of the function is to serve the Women's Performance consumer in EMEA with the best product line-up.

We are looking for a merchant who is passionate about Performance and Style. Someone who can translate emerging observations/trends into actionable plans. You do this by actively influencing internal and external partners who can convey this vision for the Nike brand. We are looking for someone who will combine Art & Science to create product strategies and influence stakeholders.

So, in short - we are looking for Merchandising talent who is agile, collaborative, structured and has a passion to serve the female consumer.

Requirements:

  • A clear understanding of the EMEA Women's consumer and marketplace.
  • Proven Merchandising and/or Sales experience.
  • Demonstrate passion for the Brand, Style and Sport.
  • Experience in translating emerging trends/observations into a sellable proposition by creating product and Line Plan input that you will use to inform and influence the product team or Marketplace Partners.
  • Ability to deliver results against tight and complex changing timelines with competing priorities.
  • Clear communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to work with peers, cross functional partners, and senior LT on all aspects of the business within a matrix organizational set-up.
  • A self-starter, optimistic and curious attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

If this is you, then you are about to apply for a role in a team of passionate merchants. You will Lead and execute the Nike Women's Merchandising Strategy for Statement Apparel and Bra's.

You will work in a complex x-functional environment that includes different collections and requires close partnership with lifestyle, running and FTW to ensure head to toe alignment and to prevent cannibalization.

You will support the creation of the future line planning to seasonal adoption, pricing, segmentation, and Assortment framework. As Merchant, you will lead your decision with consumer and marketplace insights to create and maintain the EMEA product line plan. You will activate and convey emerging trends that are consumer relevant into product briefs and asks to front run the marketplace and create the next wave of success for the wider functions.
