WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
As part of Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) Nike Direct team, you will be reporting to the MSC Nike Direct Director. You will collaborate with various Nike internal business functions; including Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC), Demand Supply Management (DSM), Finance, Logistics, Nike Technology, Marketing and Merchandising. You will also partnering with outside Third Party Platform (3PP) vendor(s).
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Process Analyst to lead operations and supports health of the 3PP business by providing actionable insights to deliver business results.
- A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in Performance Management, Supply Chain Operations, S&OP, Finance or related experiences preferred. Commercial awareness of the Retail or Product-Based industries experiences are essential.

- A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations or related field is strongly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills both in Korean and English.
- Capabilities in Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Management, Supply Chain Operations, Process Analysis, and Storytelling with Data.
- Good data analysis and reporting management skills with balancing multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Ability to communicate effectively, actively, and cross-functionally to ensure a thorough understanding of business plans, consumer needs, and a competitive landscape.
- Strong problem solving ability to effectively through critical thinking and facts.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel is highly essential; experience with SAP is preferred.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You will be the point person of 3PP Supply Chain Operations representing MSC Nike Direct collaborating with internal/external stakeholders to drive seamless execution. As a member of the MSC Nike Direct team, you need to support MSC Nike Direct team as well to respond effectively on consumer and cross functional team's business requirements. On any given day, you will
- Lead product supply to 3PP business partner based upon agreement/alignment with Logistics and outside 3PP partner(s).
- Perform key roles for the standard season buying/clean-up by business cycle, reports generation, and demand and supply status review.
- Support revenue recognition & month closing thru collaborated working with Finance and Nike Technology.
- Conduct End-To-End 3PP partner return management inclduing monthly forecast, scheduling, return order management.
- Identify and Solve business challenges through process analysis and data-driven insights.
- Deliver input to supply chain performance metrics and further actions for continuous improvement.
