WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will partner closely with Product Design, Graphic Design, Technical Design, Product Management, Product Creation Centers (Asia), Wear Testing, Materials and Product Risk Engineering on all aspects of apparel creation to service NFL & Collegiate athletes and the TEAM consumer. This role will report to the Development Director and will have 6 direct reports.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Senior Development Manager will oversee a team of Developers, managing complex product development while ensuring timely commercialization and high-quality output. Responsibilities include executing global development strategies, guiding the apparel creation process, managing timelines, and fostering diversity and collaboration within the team. The candidate needs to have strong leadership and coaching abilities, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mentality.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
- A minimum of 10 years directly relevant work experience
- Knowledge of the apparel development process and systems from inception through production, including but not limited to construction, costing, manufacturing, print techniques, embroidery, materials and machinery.
- Experience and working knowledge of CLO/Browzwear/Lotta or 3D apparel development software is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and work across the organization.
- Experience managing a team is preferred.
- Ability to travel 10% (domestic and international)
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
As a Senior Development Manager, you will help execute global development strategy to dimensional strategies. You will also partner with cross functional counterparts to establish best practices and digital product creation process alignment. In this role:
- You will guide your team throughout the product creation process, lending your expertise while supervising progress and be a resource to your team
- You will lead and influence calendar, manage overarching changes and exceptions
- You will attend meetings with cross-functional partners and provide clear communication to guide the team through critical checkpoints
- You will balance leading short-term target dates whilst supporting long-term strategy
- You will actively encourage diversity, professional growth, inclusion and collaboration within the team and the larger apparel team
