WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for the NDDC Sr Manager 365 Experience to join our team. In this role, you will lead the team of UX (User Experience) experts who aim to craft the best retail experience for Nike Digital Consumer and Members, and build seamless consumer journeys for all. The team is responsible for bringing UX expertise to the wider teams to enable best in class journeys, as well as orchestrating the 365 (non seasonal) elements of the digital user journey on Nike.com and Nike App.

In this role you are part of the NDDC Digital Experience team EMEA, reporting into the Sr. Dir. NDDC Digital Experience EMEA.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • With your team, you bring UX expertise to x-functional and experience projects to improve our Nike.com and Nike App experience. Key partnering functions include: Digital Marketing, Consumer Experience, Digital Capabilities, Digital Commerce & Digital Operations
  • With and through your team, you lead the planning & execution of the evergreen experience: Audit NDDC's consumer experience components, identify UX opportunities, analyze data and optimize the conversion funnel. Read and React throughout the season to help deliver business targets using reporting tools to review and analyze the consumer journey: site traffic through to conversion in relation to business targets
  • Communicate clearly to influence actions across your & other teams, i.e. update UX guidelines & best practices, leverage dashboards and reports to interpret user experience data to draw insights for our cross functional partners who are not subject matter authorities
  • Identify hypotheses and use cases to test through testing and experimentation and feed into the digital experimentation team for prioritization
  • Lead the NDDC 365 Experience team: Hire, On-board, Engage, Develop a Diverse & Inclusive Team of Digital Talent
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders and team members across Nike to drive a premium experience

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Deep Digital UX expertise is crucial for this role
  • Broad experience working with digital alongside global teams
  • Strong understanding of analytics & digital KPIs: Ability to lead a team that develops dashboards (Adobe Analytics, Tableau), consolidates and analyzes data from multiple sources and translate this into insights and business actions
  • Demonstrate the ability to think strategically and lead projects/workstreams; ability to develop and bring to life strategies in collaboration with multiple teams and to deliver complex and dynamic projects in a x-functional environment
  • Proven experience in direct team management: Contributes to a collaborative team environment where diverse backgrounds, skills and perspectives are brought together to achieve common goals
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and making persuasive & clear presentations for different levels in the organization, including senior stakeholders (e.g. NDDC LT)
  • A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for ecommerce, retail, sport and fashion
