SENIOR INVENTORY OPERATIONS PLANNER

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will be part of the of the DSM Team (Demand & Supply Management) reporting directly to Inventory Operations Director and working very closely with x-functional teams in charge of each part or the E2E Business Process: Supply & Inventory Planning, Logistics, Operations, MPU Planning Teams, Finance.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a SENIOR INVENTORY OPERATIONS PLANNER responsible for accurate E2E Nike Inventory visibility, which leads and influences x-functional partners by actioning plans to serve better our consumers and ensuring a healthy E2E Inventory position for the business.

As SENIOR INVENTORY OPERATIONS PLANNER you will be focused on:

1) Nike E2E Inventory 18-month Rolling Forecast (O9 Submission):

Provide an accurate inventory forecast based on cross functional teams' monthly updates, conciliating information at MPU / Product Engine / Consumer / Lifecycle Level.

Provide scenarios with a risk and opportunities assessment, identifying how to make more efficient inventory consumption.

Provide accurate inventory availability visibility.

Track E2E Weeks of Supply (WOS).

Provide objective storytelling behind the numbers to link them with strategic and corporate plans and vision.

2) Ensure Inventory Health

Advise on Closeout and Aged Product Consumption.

Advise on SKU Management.

Identify and Execute Action Plans to keep healthy KPI's.

3) Data Reliability

Leverage from Tools, Dashboards and Data Reports to support forecasting and decision-making processes, ensuring the correct reading of inventory status measured by the proper KPI's.

4) Maintain contact and leadership with GEO on specific project / processes.

You will bring:

3+ years' experience in forecasting, supply & inventory planning, inventory management.

Bachelor's degree related to Planning, Logistics and Business Management (e.g., Industrial Engineering, International Commerce, among others).

Comprehensive understanding of retail math and how strategic plans will impact our inventory health position.

Strong and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence others. (To lead cross functional processes).

Strong team player capable to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions, partners and senior leaders across all business areas.

Advanced MS Office Applications: Proficiency in Excel and Reporting Tools, including creating spreadsheets, complex formulas, pivot tables, and data bases management.

Advanced Business English.
