WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
The Global Margin Planning plays a critical role in driving sustainable and profitable growth for the Apparel business at Nike. We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst who will work with Finance and cross-functional partners, including Revenue Finance, Margin Finance, Product Management, Sourcing/Costing, and Demand Planning teams, through the product creation lifecycle.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguous situations and excels at using both strategic and financial insights to influence cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor's degree in or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, or related fields.
- Knowledge of apparel processes from concept to delivery is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate financial metrics to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to balance quantitative and qualitative analysis in complex scenarios.
- Curiosity to learn, a growth mindset, and a drive to develop and contribute as part of a team.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be the main finance partner for the Product Creation teams and have a seat at the table with leadership for a segment of the business. Your responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Product Teams to translate margin targets into actionable seasonal margin plans.
- Identifying financial implications of business decisions and crafting solutions tailored to key stakeholders.
- Tracking margin attainment across seasons and supporting scenario planning.
- Conducting ad hoc margin analyses and acting as a strategic partner on cost, price, and demand.
