Required Qualifications
10+ years' practical experience in retail related industry
Strong leadership skills, team leader, proactive & agile
Interpersonal skills and logical thinking, ability to communicate well with multidisciplinary cross functional internal as well as external teams
Good planning, organizing and problem-solving skills and create strategies
Presentation & negotiation skills necessary
Fluent and good command of English and Chinese
