This role will work within a highly matrixed, cross-functional team composed of Art-Directors, Experience Strategists, Operations, Copywriters and Designers. You will collaborate closely with internal teams across the organization including Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Legal, Finance and Geography Teams from North America, Western Europe and Partner Markets, as well as external vendors across all production disciplines as needed. This role reports to the Manager, Global Digital Creative Production

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Studio Producer who has a passion for the Converse Brand and a drive for creating high-quality work, to oversee studio operations and lead photo shoots at our in-house studio in Boston. The ideal candidate has experience in shoot production and post-production as well as managing merchandise and is familiar with photo studio operations. They have a strong understanding of photography, lighting and studio equipment and can confidently manage project schedules and production budgets. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with internal and external partners.
- 3-5+ years photo studio experience, production and/or creative project management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Production, Photography, Marketing or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
- Proficiency with enterprise tools: Microsoft Office, Asana, Slack, Zoom, Box
- Proficiency with studio tools like ShotFlow, Creative Force, ZiFlow, or TrakItWorks
- Must be comfortable lifting 40 lbs
- Role is based at Converse HQ in Boston, MA with 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
This role will support the Converse Digital Photo Studio in Charlestown, MA. You will drive studio efficiency by managing and being the point of contact for daily operations including scheduling, merchandise coordination, pre-production, on-set and post-production. You will ensure a productive and organized environment that supports high-quality creative work. This role is responsible for coordinating resources, maintaining merchandise samples and equipment, hiring freelance support as needed, overseeing studio budgets, producing studio shoots end-to-end and ensuring a seamless workflow for all studio productions.
- Manage and be the point-of-contact for day-to-day operations of the Converse Direct Studio
- Monitor studio bookings and publish calendar of upcoming productions to ensure zero scheduling conflicts
- Partner with photographer(s) to organize/rent photo equipment as needed for shoots
- Source, negotiate and hire required crew (sample prepper, photo assistant, digital tech, styling assistant) for in-house studio productions and pre-production preparation
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners and external vendors to align on project needs and deliverables.
- Support studio crew during photoshoots to ensure they have everything they need, troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Manage studio budgets, track expenses and report on financial performance
- Coordinate with Facilities and Security Teams to set all productions up for success
- Lead merchandise management process and implementation of new inventory systems
- Receive, inventory and store seasonal samples as they come into the Studio
- Pull, pack, and coordinate with Logistics to ship samples to productions on quarterly basis
- Coordinate with internal teams to source key samples and return them after production
- Support post-seasonal sample liquidation process (i.e. donation and/or destruction)
- Oversee footwear and apparel closet: creating an inventory list, keeping samples organized, and scheduling regular audits with Art Directors to keep options fresh and relevant
- Ensure efficient file management and digital asset archiving
