As a Senior Copywriter for Global Digital Design & Content, you will lead compelling and effective stories across the digital ecosystem with a focus on e-commerce on converse.com and performance marketing. We need someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative attitude. The work will be challenging, never boring, and we expect you'll be an integral part of the creative team bringing new digital experiences and solutions to the Converse brand.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role, you will be working with our strategy team, designers, writers, and digital leadership to craft best-in-class copy in support of the Converse brand voice. Work will include, but is not limited to, emails, SMS, paid social, website headlines and subheads for our Global, North America, and Western Europe functions.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- In collaboration with Copywriting leadership, Design & Operations team, develops and creates innovative solutions for Converse storytelling across, but not limited to, converse.com and all digital touchpoints
- Tell compelling product launch, brand stories, and seasonal global marketing campaigns through copy
- Write in the Converse Brand Voice-following overall voice and style guides, helping to ensure their execution across the team and brand
- Work with cross-functional teams; Foster and leverage relationships in digital experience strategy, operations, creative, and brand to build network and strengthen work across brand
- Actively gain knowledge of Converse product, processes, trends, the consumer, and overall marketplace culture.
- Works collaboratively with Project Mangers, Producers, Strategists, fellow Copywriters, and Visual Designers
- Comprehend briefs and execute high-quality work while meeting deadlines
- Utilizes writing skills and demonstrates innovation in creating original solutions
- Demonstrates knowledge of current trends and ability to innovate against them
- Shares knowledge with teammates; works with design and copy counterparts to ensure continuity across digital touchpoints

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Writing, Communications, Journalism or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training.
- 4+ years of writing experience in a corporate or agency environment required, preferably as a copywriter for a major brand, e-commerce company, or digital design agency
- Expert command of the English language (including spelling, grammar, punctuation)
- Creative, bold, and digitally savvy
- Ability to see the big picture without missing the little details
- A genuine passion for digital marketing and the online space with a fundamental awareness of digital commerce, SEO writing, writing for different and multiple target audiences, and social media platforms
- Must be a self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, organized, detail oriented, collaborative and flexible
- Able to multi-task
Additional Proficiencies:
- Connection to streetwear culture and trend
- Fluent in additional languages a plus, not a requirement
- Experience with digital tools such as Figma and Asana
