WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking for a Senior, Business Systems Analyst to join our APLA Integrated Fulfillment Planning (IFP) team within the Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality products and solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a team-first mentality, balanced with a can-do approach that can navigate ambiguity with ease. They will have a forward focused mindset that enables them to define strategic priorities, layout a product vision, and transform this vision into actions and measurable product plans.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
The role will be critical in building tools and analytics that provide data-driven insights for Logistics and Marketplace teams to take meaningful actions. Projects will span a multitude of topics driven by priorities, offering you the opportunity to delve deep into Nike's Supply Chain. Your responsibilities encompass:

- Design and develop full product lifecycle including product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and requirement management (gathering/grooming/prioritization)
- Provide product leadership and guiding the team to remain focused and secure the committed/prioritized deliverables
- Creating wireframes for product illustration and designing functions and features
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, developers, and data analysts to deliver high-quality products
- Developing and implementing process improvement and best practice to drive operational excellence
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As a member of the Integrated Fulfillment Planning team, you will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including Nike Supply Chain business functions and territory counterparts across APLA. Additionally, you will also have to opportunity to partner with a wide range of partners across Nike Technology, Data & Artificial Intelligence (D&AI) team, Finance, and IDSA to drive significant impact.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field, such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.
A minimum of 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
Proven ability to analyze data, identify critical information, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and analytics, including inventory management, transportation and logistics
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, developers, and data analysts
Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Experience working with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI or ThoughtSpot is preferred.
