Your role:
- Design, build, and maintain robust Ad Tech solution including mobile measurement platform, media attribution, multiple channels advertising drainage, personalization and experimentation to meet business need.
- Analyze business requirements and design high quality solution by collaborating with cross squads.
- Innovating, solution designing, and implementing highly available, scalable solutions, focusing on highly visible marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute comprehensive performance testing, and tune performance to meet business needs if encounter bottleneck.
- Provide technical leadership and best engineering practices to continuously deliver working software.
- Drive the construction of new features and identifying areas for improvement proactively.
- Collaborate with upstream and downstream technical teams to develop integrations to provide a seamless flow and delivery.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or other technical areas or equivalent experience.
- 3-8 years' experience developing robust enterprise solutions, APIs, and services.
- Hands-on coding experts with development skills in Java/JavaScript, NodeJS, frameworks such as Springboot/Springcloud, VUE framework etc.
- Expertise with designing and tuning NoSQL (Document DB, Dynamo DB, MongoDB, Redis) and relational database (MySQL, PostgresDB).
- Lead the design and the development of technical solutions.
- Providing technical leadership and participate in solving complex problems.
- Hands-on experience working in a distributed/cloud-based environment (AWS preferred) with high transaction volumes.
- Familiar with AWS cluster such as ECS, EKS, acknowledge with AWS VPC/network services.
- Familiar with CI/CD pipeline setup, e.g. Jenkins + QMA + ServiceNow + JIRA etc.
- Expertise in microservices architecture, domain driven design with cloud based, DevOps way.
- Experience working with product owner, other development teams, and QA teams to accelerate software development and increase quality.
- Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles.
- Know the working theories of newrelic, sentry or other similar monitor tools.
- Collaborate with a globally distributed team, have ability to work collaboratively at all levels in matrix environment.
- Previous experience in managing digital programs in marketing technology (MarTech) domain knowledge or retail/e-commerce industry is strong plus.
- Fluent English and Chinese communication skill (including oral and written).
