WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH:

As a Senior Analyst on our Global Forecasting team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems, making a significant impact on our business. You'll report directly to the Principal, EPM FP&A and work closely with stakeholders across the organization to implement strategic enhancements that align with Nike's business goals.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We're seeking a Senior Analyst to lead the charge in driving innovation and continuous improvement within our EPM systems. This role is essential to expanding the adoption of our new cloud-based forecasting models across the business and identifying ways to maximize the system's value.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:

  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
    • Spearhead initiatives to innovate and enhance the EPM system's capabilities, ensuring it meets evolving business needs.
    • Identify opportunities for system upgrades, automation, and process optimization to improve efficiency and user experience
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to incorporate best practices into Nike's EPM solutions.
  • Business Adoption and Expansion:
    • Develop and execute strategies to expand the adoption of the new EPM system across global business units.
    • Work closely with leadership to promote the value and benefits of the system to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
    • Drive user engagement through training, workshops, and ongoing support, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Value Optimization:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of the EPM system on business performance and identify areas for enhancement.
    • Lead initiatives to maximize the return on investment (ROI) from the EPM system by refining processes and expanding its capabilities.
    • Generate insights from data and analytics to guide decision-making and improve the strategic value delivered by the system.
  • Project Management and Implementation:
    • Oversee the implementation of new system features and enhancements, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
    • Coordinate with IT, finance, and business teams to ensure seamless integration of new functionalities.
    • Manage change initiatives related to the EPM system, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption to business operations.
  • Strategic Collaboration:
    • Partner with senior leaders, product management, and operational teams to align EPM system improvements with Nike's broader business strategy.
    • Serve as a key advocate for the EPM system, communicating its strategic importance and driving its adoption across the organization.
    • Work closely with external vendors and consultants to leverage expertise and drive best-in-class system performance.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent, combination of education, experience, or training
  • 5+ years of experience in EPM systems management, financial systems innovation, or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based forecasting tools, preferably Anaplan
  • Strong track record of leading innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within enterprise systems
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on optimizing business processes
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
