WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You hear a lot about working in a fast-paced, heavily cross-functional environment; we truly mean it, as it is a baseline requirement to enable design-to-delivery lead times of anywhere between a few days and 3-4 months for very visible sport / athlete projects. As our work continues to scale rapidly with Sport and consumer once again taking center stage for Nike, you will partner with the rest of the REAQT team to enable thoughtful, sustainable scale and speed by creating methods of working - capturing what works best and ensuring we have stringent process requirements and project management in place, to go even faster.

This role requires a unique blend of expertise in process/project management and data management. If you have project management experience and knowledge of project management tools; are comfortable around data and can extract, digest, and visualize it well; work well independently while being comfortably and intimately connected to our full value chain; are able to balance multiple and fast-shifting priorities with critical thinking & out-of-the-box solutions for any issues; are able to communicate and influence seamlessly and quickly across internal matrix (including executives) and with external partners; are familiar with product creation and supply chain execution; and love sports and sport moments and how powerfully the brand shows up through those, we'd love to speak with you.

Overall requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
  • 3-5+ years of experience in retail, project management, supply chain operations, product creation, marketing, planning, or similar fields strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years in data manipulation & visualization; familiar and experienced with data flow management and tool design.
  • Experience with on-shore/near-shore manufacturing and/or apparel post-embellishment (screen print etc.) a plus.
  • Proven project management experience, preferably in structured PM tools (AirTable, SmartSheets, Jira, etc.)
  • Seasoned technical acumen in Nike suite of tools (Tableau, Alteryx, SQL Server, Snowflake); thought leader able to influence what tools we build and how we use and generate the data.
  • Given the complexity and speed of work, the role is required to be based at WHQ.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You 'll create dynamic process documentation, robust and detailed project intake process, data analytics, and advanced project management structure to track multiple projects in flight. You will coordinate REAQT projects end-to-end for both Promo and Retail. You will plan/forecast upcoming projects and volumes using historical data as well as inputs from Marketing and Category Fields of Play. You will also partner with multiple internal and external functions to achieve flawless delivery for these projects - these are some of our most visible moments as a brand.

You will focus on:

  • Process - establishing a full suite of standard operating procedures for REAQT; building REAQT101 for business partners looking to use this capability to expedite & clarify onboarding; building intake process to simplify and facilitate project management.
  • Data analytics - creating historical data repository pulling data from excel, AirTable, SmartSheets, etc. into one system of record, enabling seamless and automated reporting, and advancing our insights speed.
  • Forecasting - working with North America Tee Tower to create and manage Quick Turn & Event forecasts on a rolling 12-month timeline, which will reserve capacity at our factory partners and will drive growth.
  • Project management and issue resolution - independently managing projects from design to delivery while ensuring we are protecting the Swoosh and delivering quality product right on time.
  • Thinking on your feet when issues arise and working with Global & Geo Product / Sales / MSC / Factory teams to resolve issues immediately to always "hit the moment".

We offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible and single location for in-person interviews, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications as needed.
