WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
As our Senior Administrative Assistant, you will support the Senior Director's across our Marketing Organisation (Energy Marketing, Kids & Brand Planning & Operations). You will interact across the leaders teams, and you will have a network within Nike's diverse group of administrative assistants who embody professionalism and model core Nike values.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- We are open to consider an experienced administrative career professional, who needs to come with loads of passion and an affinity for working with marketing/creative teams
- However, we are also very open to someone who is looking to move into this field, has a different set of experiences, but what underscores your experience and interests is efficiency, bias for organisation and exceptional interpersonal skills
- You'll be comfortable working and communicating effectively with a variety of personalities including senior level executives.
- Have you planned or organised events, e.g. team off sites. Or perhaps you've done some other type of experiential work that lends itself to this type of work?
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team, you can roll with changes and pivots, and you are able to flex your schedule to partner with the people you're supporting
- You take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and use a keen attention to detail to see things through
- Our tools: you may have used these; you may have used versions of these and/or you just know how to pick up and adjust to new technologies in general: Concur; Excel; Keynote; Slack; Outlook

You'll perform a wide range of administrative duties, including complex calendar management, booking travel, coordinating meetings, editing documents, preparing expense reports, coordinating team equipment and moves and providing support to a large diverse team of people with a variety of management styles. What will make you stand out here is your ability to see around corners, sense the needs of the leaders and teams you work with, be savvy in terms of understanding what is a priority and what can wait (or be distributed) and execute this seamlessly.
Another key aspect of the role would be helping to coordinate team events ranging from celebrating milestones to team offsites in a variety of locations. And this is where your own creative flair can come into full force. Where should we go, how will the event look & feel like, how do you create a magical experience. Fun!
