WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Senior, Account Expansion PGM, GC to join our C4C Retail Concept Account Expansion team! You are an exceptional team player, focusing on managing store projects basing on market expansion to deliver an immersive experience, acting as an expert in project construction standard control, project management and space mapping. You will work closely with Concept Development team, Marketplace Planning team, Retail Design, Account team and Nike partners to accelerate GC marketplace transformation effectively and efficiently.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

  • Lead marketplace expansion for NSP stores by concepts based on AOP.
  • PM role of key projects 6-8 projects/ year, non-key projects 30/year SD.
  • Space condition negotiation support with landlord, retail partners, MP&AE team.
  • Review space package remark with space criterion weekly.
  • Arrange space site survey & quality control the SSR report for design kick off.
  • Check & work on Star system for NSP projects process.
  • Monitor and manage NSP store construction quality with Nike standard.
  • Project operation on site management in store with multiple vendors.
  • Cross functions communication for opening process management, foresee risks and provide problems solving actions for key milestones.
  • RE cost control for each of project based on AOP.
  • New concept fixtures development & value engineering, construction materials and technology review & optimize with design, procurement, partners & vendors.
  • NSP store maintenance specially with key cities, key trade zone, key projects.
  • Manage NSP maintenance APP with vendor' support.
  • Create and develop concept construction playbook, review and optimize.
  • Delivery expansion training with partners and fixture vendors.
  • Dominate PM agency allocation &management.
  • Support design agency payable account with failed or dropped projects.
  • Lead & manage 2-3 ESP/ETW team members.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in Architecture/Interior design, Property/Real Estate Development or related field
  • Minimum 7 years (Senior) within retail project/construction management or retail design related role
  • Ability to balance design, operation needs and time/budget objectives resulting in best-in-class rollout
  • Proficient with Project management tools (MS project, excel)
  • Professional experience in site due diligence reporting
  • Skilled in visual, written and verbal communication of design issues
  • Fundamental skills in AutoCAD and reading construction documents
  • Presentation skills necessary
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to take multi-task, be proactive and agile
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication skills in Chinese and English (verbal and written)
  • 50% travel
