WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
This role supports Account Executives of Energy and Performance Authenticators will be instrumental in driving business success by providing accurate data and insights, ensuring smooth daily operations, and fostering strong relationships with our wholesale partners.
The role will report directly to the Japan Authenticators Sales Director, and collaborate closely with several cross-functional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, Operations and Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) counterparts to achieve our ambitious goals.

This role will require collaborative mindset to maximize the effectiveness of the cross-functional team such as Marketing, Merchandising, Operation and APLA counterparts is essential to be successful in this role.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.
- Proven Experience in data analytics, as well as task management.
- Effective communication and presentation skills both in Japanese and English.
- Strong interest in sports, youth culture, and street fashion.
- Domestic travel is required to visit retail marketplace once per season.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
As a vital member of the Authenticator Sales team (Nike Sportswear, Running and Football), you will work on data and insight analysis as well as daily sales operation for our quality growth in the marketplace. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyze weekly sales data, gather marketplace trends and consumer insights, and create weekly reports as well as seasonal business recap for Energy and Performance Authenticators.
- Develop seasonal allocation plan of Nike's Quick Strike products for Energy and Performance Authenticators based on frameworks delivered by account executives.
- Lead seasonal product launch date management.
- Support account executives with daily sales operation.
