We are looking for a Retail Operations & Analysis Specialist II on our Global Partners team to play a key role within the Direct-to-Consumer store team through accurate management and governance of store operations related processes and retail KPIs.

Global Partner Markets is a small but mighty team that works with 28 licensee and distributor partners to drive brand energy and business results across 40+ countries (in Latin America, Central + Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, and SEAIA). As a Converse geography, the Global Partners team is proud to provide our partners with top-tier guidance in regard to Planning & Analytics, Merchandising, Marketing, Marketplace Management, and Strategy as they manage the Converse brand in their territories.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Work closely with Commercial and business partners, driving process and store operational perfection as we work through the different seasons.
- Identify potential issues and opportunities in stores in the early stages and drive these towards resolution in close collaboration with your cross-functional partners.
- Develop toolkits and staff training content
- Develop a deep understanding of retail strategies, our direct-to-consumer offense and store operations process.
- Provide support for key strategic projects as well as the ongoing evolution of the key systems and processes that enable our work.
- Translate business data and concepts into meaningful insights throughout the seasons.
- Review store KPIs monthly reports to ensure key performance objectives and highlight any potential opportunities.
- Research and drive resolution across countries for all store operations opportunities including root cause analyses.
- Collaborate with business partners and key stakeholders to ensure stores are performing to KPIs and delivering a premium consumer experience.
- Brief and manage vendors (Give agency/vendors the right brief sets of what we want to achieve)
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
- 2+ years of experience in Retail/ operations / process roles (preferably in a Retail or planning context) is a plus
- Strong analytical and data management experience.
- Affinity for retail operations and passion for our product and consumer
- Experience working cross-functionally across multiple aspects of a retail business.
- Solution oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and evolve
- Ability to work independently, while balancing multiple priorities at once and meet tight deadlines
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong sense of urgency
- Tolerance for ambiguity
- Strong digital literacy including proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint (experience with Sigma and Tableau is a benefit)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Fluent in English, ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
