Overview of the Job:
This role responsible for own eco daily operations, campaign preparation and digital cross platform end-to-end inventory management, and it also assists in system capability building and existing capabilities maintenance or enhancement.
Key Partnership:
The daily work of this role requires close relationships with upper-stream and downstream teams, including digital business, allocation, order management, goods flow, logistic capacity planning, warehouse management and 3rd party vendors. It also works with tech teams for capability-building or performance monitoring purposes.
Job Responsibility:
1. Responsible for own eco daily operation, co-work with business team to check assets inventory readiness, launch arrangement, consumer demand fulfillment, consumer complaint SC related issue handling, etc.
2. Look at full end-to-end digital inventory lifecycle, from PO placement to final RSC receiving to ensure smooth operation and ample inventory built-up for demand fulfilment. Activities include inventory planning and control, wastage, movement, storage, freight forwarding, etc.
3. Work with business team to align seasonal priority, provide weekly inventory readiness visibility, call out risks and take actions.
4. Monitor and improve inventory-related KPIs, and provide data analytics for business to drive efficiency.
5. This role also assists in system capability building and existing capabilities maintenance/enhancement. Continuously improve current tools and build new ones to assist in daily decision-making.
Functional Skill Required (Hard Skills)
1. Knowledge within the supply chain for overall inventory flow, and past experience within the inventory lifecycle such as SO /PO creation, coverage methodology, or warehouse operation would be a plus.
2. Strong analytical capability with ample experience in Excel required to execute daily work. Programming knowledge would be a plus.
3. Be brave to break through and innovate, have strong ownership and be able to take tasks actively and proactively.
