The Product Data Management team works closely with cross-functional partners to support and enable both Global and Geography Product Merchandising teams through the management and ongoing development of key processes, systems and tools, as well as providing strategic, operational and tactical support throughout key milestones in the product creation process. The team is forward oriented, leveraging digital tools and process innovation to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our function, maximizing our impact on the marketplace.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work within the Product Data Management team and other Product Information Analyst II's. In addition, you will collaborate and work cross functionally with the greater Product Merch Operations team, as well as with Product Merchants directly. This role also has regular meetings and interaction with our development team, various tech teams, and works cross functional with teams in geo and global.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a Product Merch Info Analyst II, you will play a key role within the Product Data Management team as well as the Product Creation & Merchandising Operations team through accurate management and governance of product related line plan and assortment data. In doing so, timely communication of relevant updates across Global Product Merchandising teams as well as other key cross functional partners is key.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • A key contributor to the Product Merch data architecture, manage processes and standards that govern which data is collected and how it is captured, validated, arranged, stored, and integrated throughout our various data systems.
  • Work closely with Product Creation & Merchandising Operations, driving process and operational excellence as we work through the different gates of our product creation process.
  • Align with our cross-functional partners to manage data across our product creation and assortment visualization systems.
  • Action Product Data Requests from Product Merch teams during product creation.
  • Execute Range Plan data validation and correction process at key handovers during product creation.
  • Execute data loader and automation process into Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system at key handovers during product creation.
  • Provide support for Product Merch teams as they prepare for key milestones.
  • Provide support for key strategic projects as well as the ongoing evolution of the key systems and processes.
  • Manage the sell ready process to our ERP system.
  • Provide training and advise cross functional partners about product data and systems.
  • Contribute as a key member for product data governance.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree or additional 2 years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Relevant experience in business / operations / process roles (preferably in a Product, Merchandising, Retail or Planning context)
  • Affinity for data management/governance and passion for our product and consumer
  • Strong computer & systems skills including proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote (experience with Smartsheet and PLM Software is a definite plus)
  • Strong team player, able to establish and manage cross-functional partnerships
  • Solution oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn tools/systems quickly and evolve
  • Automation mindset
  • Tolerance for ambiguity
  • Ability to work independently, while balancing multiple priorities at once and meet tight deadlines
