WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

Consumer, Product, Brand & Marketplace (CPBM) Operations drives data and digital capabilities, continuous improvement, and business operations excellence at Nike. Our Data Operations team empowers Nike with pristine, accessible, and trusted product data, fueling our mission to bring innovation and inspiration to all athletes. The Product Information Management (PIM) organization delivers world-class data management and exceptional service to CPBM partners, managing global product data and supporting critical product creation and downstream processes.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

PIM is seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven professional with deep experience in Nike's data management systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing large datasets, and demonstrates strong process improvement skills. They will collaborate cross-functionally with Consumer Product Brand, Digital Process Optimization, Data Governance, and more, ensuring seamless product data flow. Strong communication skills, accuracy, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence are essential to success in this role.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in data management, product lifecycle management, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
  • Highly proficient with data and digital tools
  • Works independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency with MS Excel at an intermediate level including vlookups, pivots, and formulas
  • Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities with strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Nike product data experience in footwear, apparel, and/or equipment is preferred

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will manage core product information throughout the line planning lifecycle, supporting the Product Management team and maintaining critical data within various systems. Your focus will be on ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of product data to support key business milestones and downstream processes. Leveraging your data experience, you will find new and innovative ways to drive standardization and process efficiencies for the Product Information Management team. You will represent and drive new insights and solutions for Data Operations, serving both business and operational partners effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing global product data for assigned Consumer x Fields of Play, ensuring alignment with Nike's product creation timeline
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Development, and Merchandising, to ensure data consistency and quality
  • Troubleshooting and resolving data discrepancies and system issues in collaboration with technical teams
  • Leading process improvements, standardization, and best practices in product data management
  • Supporting successful integration of product data into downstream systems, ensuring its readiness for various business applications
