Product Information Analyst, Global Jordan

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

This role will report to Commercialization leadership, but day-to-day interactions and requests may come from many functions in the product creation process including, but not limited to, Product Management, Product Development, Sourcing/Costing, Merchandising and Operations. There will also be a strong relationship with Data Governance, Data Quality, Process Automation, and Digital Workflow to ensure complete and accurate data, processes and tools.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Product Information Analyst to join our Commercialization team with experience working in data systems, managing large sets of data, comfortable working in ambiguity, has a team-first mentality and passion for the brand. This candidate needs to be able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and be a self-starter while working with multiple cross-functional partners within the product creation process as well as Digital Product Creation.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Science or a related field, or two additional years of experience
  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in a data management or reporting role
  • Demonstrated experience with data entry and data management
  • Experience investigating, capturing and maintaining product data in an information management system or complex database
  • Proficiency with MS Excel at an intermediate level including vlookups, pivots and formulas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Solid attention to detail and process orientation
  • Auditing of data and root cause analysis experience preferred
  • Prior apparel product experience is beneficial

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As our Product Information Analyst, you will build and maintain core product information through various systems in the Product Creation engine. You will steward the data for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness to support critical events in the product development process and through its usage in downstream systems. In addition, you will be asked to generate ad hoc reports and to supply data to support dimension needs, including line plans, planning documents and presentations.

  • You will work across multiple fields of play and genders w/in Jordan Apparel
  • You will interact and build relationships across the Apparel Creation triad - Product Management, Design, Image Art, Development, Sourcing and Costing.
  • You will have key deliverables that align with the Apparel Creation Key Event calendar but will also be responsible for daily work related to changes, adds and drops to our apparel line.
  • You will be required to help gather product data and collaborate with partners for analysis of that data.
