Job purpose
Develop, Plan, Implement, and Evaluate of short- and long-term planning initiatives.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Develop, Plan, Implement, and Evaluate of short- and long-term planning initiatives :
- Lead the development of annual team goal-setting (OKR) connecting to GC cross-functions and Global. Track progress & drive needed actions.
- Lead & Coordinate transition plan across DSM sub-functions. Drive clarity, alignment, timeline, and delievery.
- Lead & Coordinate key planning capability development across DSM sub-functions. Drive clarity, alignment, timeline, and delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional strategy development.
Team Engagement: Develop & execute team engagement programs that unite DSM teammates and improve engagement.
Chief of Staff: Facilitate DSM leadership team meetings & discussions; Prepare key materials and coordinate the process and inputs with cross functional teams.
Requirement:
- Degree holder with minimum 8-9 years relevant work experience
- MBA and top consulting firm work experience preferred
- Strong strategic thinking, high learning agility
- Strong ability to work in a matrix organization and a diverse background environment to drive changes
- Excellent communication skills, both in English and Chinese
- With direct experiences in consumer goods / retail is a plus
