WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
In this role, you will report directly to the Sr. Director, NikeSKIMS Operations and partner closely with the Sr. Director, NikeSKIMS Product and Merchandising. In addition, you will work closely with Product Management, Development, Design, Merchandising and Operations partners across Nike and Skims.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Principal, NikeSKIMS Product Operations. As a member of the both the NikeSKIMS Product and Merchandising team and our cross functional team of Operations leaders, you will be accountable for the operational oversight of NikeSKIMS product line. You will establish and champion the product lifecycle for NikeSKIMS apparel, accessories and footwear enabling the development and delivery of a cohesive vision across the entire product lifecycle journey.

The ideal candidate must be a strategic thought-partner with a passion for serving our consumer and product excellence. This person must have the tenacity to solve problems, a strong ability to influence across levels and functions, as well as the endurance to chart a new path.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training
  • 8+ years of Product, Consumer, and or Operations experience
  • Proven ability to work on cross-functional teams, influence leadership and drive project momentum forward.
  • Innovative mindset and ability to build new processes and infrastructure
  • Strong resource management skills with the ability to lead workstreams on-time and in-budget
  • Leads as a strategic creative partner to cross-functional partners
  • Ability to think strategically about product relevance, development, and timing
  • A knack for framing opportunities, synthesizing challenging problems and comfort with ambiguity
  • Can-do attitude and history of making stuff happen independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and oral communication and superior interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong passion for Nike

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

At Nike, we are determined to deliver continuous improvement in how we serve and inspire Athletes*. In this role, you will work alongside our Product and Merchandising Operations team to build strategies, processes, and tools, and play a lead role in facilitating product and merchandising excellence seasonally. At NikeSKIMS, we are building a new brand, and will require all teammates to think differently, to establish new, streamlined ways of working, to implement digital solutions, and to problem solve throughout our seasonal processes.
