WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH:
The Global Integrated Go-To-Market (IGTM) team is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Commercial, Geographies, and many others. This role reports directly to the Global Head of IGTM, and may drive specific seasons and/or enterprise priorities, in partnership with cross-functional and Geo teams. This role has extremely high leadership visibility and will play a recurring role at Senior Leadership Team meetings.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:
Integrated Go-to-Market plays a critical role in helping to ensure that Converse's brand and product stories reach our consumer with impact. We do this by driving the end-to-end orchestration of enterprise priorities across seasons to ensure strategic alignment and maximize consumer impact. This includes leading critical seasonal planning processes, building long-term cross-functional plans across seasons, and driving global-geo connection.

Examples of work that you might drive include:

  • Leading across cross-functional and Geo teams to develop go-to-market plans for our most important Energy stories
  • Building and leading new enterprise go-to-market milestones
  • Leading enterprise hindsighting with a focus on helping inform how we build our future seasons
  • Maintaining the enterprise scorecard, in partnership with Planning, Finance, and Product, with a focus on understanding multi-season priority performance and recommending critical actions

Role objectives:

  • Support end-to-end orchestration of key enterprise go-to-market milestones through cross-functional and Global-Geo coordination and multi-season POV
  • Drive enterprise priorities by leading cross-functional coordination and progress against strategic objectives
  • Coordinate multi-season hindsighting against enterprise strategy to inform future execution
  • Develop key frameworks in support of our GTM approach and strategy

Key responsibilities:

  • Go-to-Market Process: Support Global-Geo and cross-Geo alignment in key enterprise go-to-market milestones and feedback loops, as well as building and maintaining key GTM frameworks to assess plans and strategy execution.
  • Enterprise Priorities: Drive key cross-functional plans aligned to enterprise priorities (basketball, energy, skate), including leading functions/Geos to build critical go-to-market strategies, identifying and mitigating risks, and synthesizing results and learnings.
  • Multi-Season Integration & Hindsighting: Support the development of a multi-season framework / approach to ensure fidelity of plans vs. strategy and track enterprise progress against priorities.
  • GTM Tools: Develop and refine global GTM architecture and any additional GTM tools required and partner with Geo leaders on implementation.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
  • Minimum of 8 years directly relevant work experience
  • Big picture thinker who can connect our daily work to our critical enterprise priorities
  • Extremely strong cross-functional collaborator
  • Experience translating strategy into execution
  • Strong business acumen and comfort with data
  • Start-up mentality with an eagerness to help build something new (new function, new plans, new ways of working, etc.)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to lead through influence
