WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

This role is part of the People Solutions team within Global Human Resources . You will work closely with the Global V ice P resident of People Solutions, the People Solutions leadership team, and the People Solutions HRBP , as well as key stakeholders within Human Resources .

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Principal, Business Planning and Operations t o support the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives with an operational and financial lens. The successful candidate will w ork with key cross-functional stakeholders to lead and drive an integrated approach to People Solutions planning and operations.

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum of 8 or 9 years directly relevant work experienceNote: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 6 yrs; Masters + 7 yrs; Associates degree + 9 yrs; High School + 10 yrs
  • Progressive experience in enterprise portfolio management within a matrix environment at a global company


  • Progressive experience in business process design and leading multiple large program or project implementations within a large, global company


  • Demonstrated ability to integrate across a diverse operations team to support strategic and financial planning, reporting and analysis


  • Thorough understanding of organizational planning, business system s , and process development


  • Ability to influence across organizational boundaries at all levels, including executive position s


  • Effective at managing large teams both reporting direct or indirect

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As part of the People Solutions team, you will have a unique role to lead and perform activities to optimize People Solutions delivery and improve operational efficiencies.

You will:

  • Lead: With a small and nimble team, you will help lead People Solutions through significant change and value realization as we continue our transformation. You'll set goals for the team, develop organizational capability , and model how we can work together.


  • Stakeholder Manage + Story Tell: I dentify key stakeholders and deliver a cohesive business performance narrative for leadership communications via synthesis of multiple sources of data and information.


  • Plan + Execute: Develop strategic and operational frameworks for the People Solutions team, streamline ways of working and measure results.


  • Leverage Business Execution: Identify opportunities for business transformation and gain executive support and alignment for prioritization. Identify risks impacting successful implementation and work with team to develop resolution.


  • Lead People Solutions Financial Portfolio Management Activity: Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to execute financial deliverables in support of enterprise portfolio management . C onnect to broader planning processes within the company to drive growth and optimize profitability.
