Based in Nike Milano office you will be part of the Key Sports EMEA team with 3 other teammates, reporting to the Access Partners South Manager. You will be working directly with access partners accounts (buyers, planners, marketeers and Leadership Team) and with all the x-functional key Sports MPU in EMEA (Merchandisers, Assortment Planners, Marketeers, MPO and Management

The candidate needs to have proven commercial experience, effective communication in Italian and English, solid planning and merchandising skills, strategic thinking and background in sports performance. An energetic person, passioned about sports experienced in managing commercial relationships with main important performance partners in Italy & Greece. An effective team player able to turn into a positive influence for its teammates, collaborators and account counterparts.

  • Strong commercial experience (multiple seasons)
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing partnerships aligned with important retail performance indicators.
  • Solid retail and business planning experience, with the ability to impact the P&L
  • Proficiency in merchandising creating account assortments

Develop seasonal assortments based on frameworks delivered by merchandising. Ensuring seasonal product flow and optimize in-season trading and replenishment to maximize the accounts results
Plan your account business: forecasts and scenario plans for the account using category, consumer, partner, brand and marketplace knowledge.
Manage the partner and the marketplace: Ensure best presentation of stories and products at your account aligned with the One Nike Marketplace strategy.
Contribute to net revenue growth and net contribution of your account by managing the end to end business with your account.
High standard to complex partnership management, supporting commercial CFOP goals independently, through problem solving skills, and contributing to the collective team performance.
Collaborate on partner Milan experience at sell-in , work closely with office admin and/or Milan Experience Lead and x-functional partners (e.g. merch) to bring excellent partner sell-in experience to life.
Actively contribute and participate in Ground Game (Authenticators).Ensure recurring and consistent representation, presence and collaboration with partner/buyer in the market at retail (retail visit, staff training, competitor knowledge,...) where relevant and within T&E budget
