매장 운영 계획을 수립하고 실행하여 매장의 효율성과 운영 목표를 달성합니다.
매장 운영을 위한 문제들을 해결합니다.
팀의 성과를 위해 책임감 있게 임하며 우수한 성과를 달성합니다.
정책 및 절차를 준수하여 의사 결정을 수행합니다.
브랜드 계획을 지원하는 업무를 수행합니다.
직원들이 단기목표를 달성할 수 있도록 우선 순위를 설정합니다.
스토어 점장 부재시 모든 매장 관리 기능을 수행합니다.

누구와 함께 일하게 되나요 ?

스토어 부점장으로서 매장 영업이 잘 이루어지고 고객에게 최고의 서비스가 제공될 수 있도록 매장 리더십과 긴밀하게 업무하고 , 전략적 목표와 매장의 성과를 촉진하기 위하여 오퍼레이션 , VMD 그리고 DSM 팀 등 관련 팀들과 도 밀접하게 일하게 됩니다 .

지원자 자격 요건
고등학교 졸업 또는 이와 동등한 학력
소매 업계에서 최소 5 년 이상의 경력 , 1 년 이상의 코치 또는 감독 역할 경험자 선호
소매 업계 비즈니스 시스템과 Microsoft Office 활용 가능자
주말 , 저녁 시간 및 공휴일 근무 가능자
