Job Description:

As a Mobility Engineer in TechOps, you will play a pivotal role in leading world-class terminal device management and enhancing MDM capabilities. Leveraging the global MDM platform alongside local platform resources and expertise, you will be responsible for shaping the long-term vision of MDM, fostering healthy and sustainable growth. Additionally, you will spearhead end-user-centered strategies and experiences, ensuring seamless and optimized device usage across the organization. The terminal devices you will oversee include, but are not limited to, desktops, mobile devices, laptops, and printers.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate dynamically with cross-functional internal teams to streamline processes in MDM, onsite support, testing, and learning, ensuring timely project delivery and launches.
  • Establish robust measurement frameworks for continuous learning and optimizing the MDM platform within Nike, driving improvements in operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Exercise budget control and make strategic investments, aligning with overall business objectives to achieve impactful KPI outcomes.
  • Drive cross-functional teams in optimizing the full-funnel user experience, leveraging operational and analytical insights to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage daily communication with third-party vendors and key external partners, overseeing service quality, and facilitating regular performance evaluations to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Proven 3+ years Client management in a related field, with a focus on MDM management and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset, coupled with strong strategic thinking, team collaboration, problem-solving skills, and resilience in the face of adversity. Proficient in operation data analysis, able to extract meaningful insights from various data sources to enhance operational performance.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with stakeholders.

As a Mobility Engineer in TechOps, you will be a key contributor to the success of our terminal device management efforts, driving innovation and excellence in MDM practices. Your role will be critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our terminal devices, ultimately contributing to the overall success and growth of Nike.
