WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

In this role, the Pricing Analyst will play a crucial part in our organization's pricing strategy and execution. Given that pricing intersects with various functions, this position requires regular collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful pricing processes. Besides working closely with the Merchandising Pricing team, the main functions this person will frequently engage with include Merchandising (upstream and downstream), Operations, Partner Management, Planning and Finance.

This role will report into the Senior Manager Merchandising Pricing, EMEA.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience working in a team with complex business processes and has excellent abilities to plan, structure, and organize work. Detail oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and know how to effectively work cross-functionally. We welcome candidates with the ambition to develop into a Nike pricing expert, with a clear pathway to potentially grow into a future Pricing Manager role.

  • Experience in a business/corporate environment (preferably Sporting Goods)
  • Ability to organize, structure, and plan effectively as a key team member, with a proven track record of staying on top of tasks and delivering results
  • Pro-active, problem-solving skills, strong ownership, ability to work independently, always eager to learn and improve
  • Analytical mindset and conceptual thinker (especially for the pricing project support)
  • Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of Tableau / Power Bi is a plus

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As a Merchandiser Pricing Analyst, you will take on two core responsibilities:

1. Managing Pricing Operational Processes (60% of your time). You will play a critical role in collaborating with merchandising to manage pricing operations effectively. Key responsibilities are:

  • Leading the seasonal price validation and price change processes across EMEA
  • Acting as a the go- to expert for complex pricing issues, providing guidance and solutions across the matrix
  • Overseeing pricing initiatives for unique product categories such as Nike By You and clearance items

2. Supporting Pricing Managers with Strategic Projects (40% of your time)

You will support and over time take ownership of, key pricing projects. This may include

  • Conducting consumer studies and competitive benchmarking
  • Assisting in the development of EMEA pricing strategies that align with market dynamics and business objectives
