WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Materials are key to Innovation and Product Excellence. We have built a new, unified Materials Supply Chain organization which will transform our material capabilities, teams, and processes and accelerate our vision to serve every athlete.

As a Materials Manufacturing II on the Apparel/Accessories Materials Manufacturing team, you will drive materials excellence in partnership with our Materials vendors, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.

Detail-oriented and results-driven, you thrive in a cross-functional environment. You are comfortable engaging with different external manufacturing vendors and internal teams, tailoring your messages accordingly and building strong partnerships. This role is perfect for a team-player with drive, curiosity, and strong communication skills.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
You will drive and support vendors to deliver strong performance for Materials Manufacturing quality, delivery, costing and sustainability priorities. You will manage key initiatives execution, alert to both opportunities and risks for relevant objectives, managing and escalating as needed. You will manage manufacturing and delivery issues, ensuring impacts are mitigated and issues are resolved.

Your typical day/week will include ensuring you're focused on and progressing against clearly defined weekly and seasonal priorities. You'll drive an annual calendar of engagement with vendors, working collaboratively with the full Apparel/Accessories Materials Manufacturing team as well as relevant internal stakeholders in the Nike Materials ecosystem. You will deliver results against immediate needs as well as long-term priorities.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
This role is based in Shanghai, and it reports to a Materials Manufacturing Senior Manager. This role will work collaboratively with external manufacturing partners, across the full Materials Supply Chain organization, and with other key stakeholders.

WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years relevant supply chain/manufacturing work experience
Specific knowledge and experience in footwear, apparel or accessories (Bags and Hardgoods) manufacturing and supply chain is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese
Project and time management skills; commitment to deliver results on time
Ability to network across a complex, matrixed environment, and utilize internal and external resources
Influencing skills & ability to collaborate and drive change with various external partners and cross-functional internal teams
Comfortable engaging with both external partners and internal stakeholders and building strong partnerships
Ability to maintain focus and drive through ambiguity and change
Accountable and detail oriented.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; Excellent data analytical skill is preferred
Ability to travel 10%
