WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

As part of the EMEA Jordan Digital Commerce organization, you will lead the User Experience strategy, programming and evolution for EMEA across Nike and Jordan's digital ecosystem, by partnering with cross-functional teams in Nike, Jordan and SNKRS. You will interact closely with Digital Business and Digital Marketing teams. You will also lead an EMEA POV in conversations with Global Jordan key partners. Furthremore; as part of the larger Nike organization, you will remain a close partnership with key Nike partners such as Moments & Initiatives, Nike Digital Experience & Capabilities and Digital Analytics team mates.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The candidate needs to have digital consumer journey experience and bring strong x-functional team leadership. Ideal skills include;

  • Digital Consumer expertise & Digital platform experience
  • Experience in managing and motivating a team
  • Strong analytical skillset, with experience across digital KPIs. Ability to translate insights to impactful actions to continuously improve the consumer journey
  • Ability to think strategically and lead projects; ability to develop and bring to life experience strategies in collaboration with multiple teams
  • Effectively communicating and driving alignment and accountability; prioritization and integration across multiple functions and teams
  • Experience managing complex processes & collaboration
  • Experience working with digital, x-functional teams and global counterparts
  • A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for ecommerce, retail, sport and fashion

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

In this role, you will focus on putting the Jordan consumer at the center of everything we do and lead a team that is responsible in creating best in class consumer journeys across our key digital destinations for our strategic priorities (also called Fields of Play). You and your team's goal will be to optimize digital user experiences making it easier for consumers to browse, decide, and purchase, while also ensuring Brand priorities and values are clearly communicated. You will do so by partnering with all cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clear ways of working and drive innovation via Test & Learn initiatives.

More specifically you will:

  • Lead a best-in-class Digital Experience team that drives excellence with in-season consumer experience, as well as future-forward planning: Hire, On-board, Engage, Develop a Diverse & Inclusive Team of Digital Talent
  • Define the Experience priorities for Jordan and provide input / be a part of the Nike Direct Digital Experience team
  • Be a driving force behind Jordan Mode, to improve Jordan discovery and distinction to drive growth and engagement in line with the strategy
  • Lead the pre-season and in-season operating model & CODE gates (incl. Integrated Seasonal Plan, Game time, and in-season rhythm)
  • Ensure the consumer journeys are in line with UX and brand best practices, including a consistent and continuous data led offense.
  • Lead cross functional coordination to drive experience strategic levers and opportunities with the Jordan Direct Leadership Team and x-functional partners.
