The annual base salary for this position ranges from $97,200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $217,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike's Global Brand Marketing department is looking for an experienced leader to oversee studio digital tech and equipment teams across all ICON Studios supporting large-scale creative production to maximize Nike Brand's impact in the market. A creative problem solver with an acute attention to detail, a commitment to process improvement, and a comfort with troubleshooting technology issues on the fly.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a business leader of Icon Studios, the Manager will be responsible for the Equipment and Digital Imaging Tech teams in addition to locally sourced freelance contributors. Responsibilities will include allocating resources and managing budgets, overseeing digital tech operations for image capture and organization, in addition to supervising lighting and grip functions. The role involves maintaining detailed production records, fostering cross-functional collaboration with internal and external teams, and ensuring cohesive visual storytelling. The Manager will also build a high-performing team, network with industry partners while exploring new technologies and techniques keeping the studio at the forefront of innovation. They will implement efficient workflows, adopt cutting-edge technologies, refine best practices, and ensure adherence to industry standards.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this unique leadership position you'll be at the center of ICON studios teams across regions. You will partner with leads in creative, production, studio operations, and the broader corporate organization to deliver key functions.

Reporting into the Director of Studio & Digital Operations, you'll partner closely to develop team strategy, goal setting, and process innovation.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 4+ years of photo studio management experience.
  • Expert level knowledge of industry standard equipment tracking tools.
  • On-set experience in key functions in the studio and on-location production environments.
  • Experience with modern DSLR and mirrorless camera systems.
  • Broad knowledge of photography lighting & grip equipment.
  • Color Management standards for capture and color correction.
  • Strong communication written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Fuji medium format systems, Phase One camera systems and RED video camera systems a plus.
  • Experience handling a video capture workflow, including knowledge of managing on set color
  • Enterprise IT desktop solutions and networks
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
