This posting is for two identical positions, with one focused on Global Football and the other focused on Basketball. You will support other women's sports categories as needed.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
- 5+ years of operations experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Problem-solving attitude and curiosity
- Influence and facilitation at leadership levels
- Comfortable with ambiguity and driving clarity
- Consensus-building skills and advocacy
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, Miro (preferred)
- Knowledge of E2E/product creation processes preferred
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Your primary responsibilities will be to support the Women's Sport Operations Team by working hand in hand with the Women's Sport Business Directors. You will work on developing, managing, and delivering tactical results on key CODE moments. (CODE is our seasonal end-to-end process.)
Provide the team clear and concise communication, manage competing priorities and seasonal overlap, ensuring cross-functional connectivity leading into and during key CODE moments. Responsibilities include documentation, project tracking, and structuring projects. You'll provide updates, guide partners through processes, and manage logistics for seasonal room build-outs.

- Manage calendar, processes, and planning for key CODE moments and IBAs.
- Meet deadlines with high-quality results.
- Coordinate with partners for seasonal moments and events.
- Deliver projects aligned with strategies and priorities.
- Work with Women's Sport Teams and Consumer Creation Operations partners, supporting the Women's Sport Ops Director.
- Tasks include agenda planning, meeting and work stream facilitation, concise recaps, next steps, and logistics for seasonal room build-outs.
