WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

We are hiring for a Technology Customer Support Logistics Centre Lead who will report to our Technology Customer Support Manager. This role will be based in Nike's new warehouse in Ravenhall, Victoria and closely work with other Technology Operations (Tech Ops) functions and Global Ops & Logistics stakeholders, other IT streams in Tech and counter parts across the globe as necessary. The successful candidate will also closely interact with warehouse stakeholders in the distribution centre to help execute overall Nike Australia business plans.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Technology Customer Support Logistics Centre Lead must have functional supply chain and technical expertise. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills to build strong partnerships with cross functional stakeholders.

Critical to this role is obsessing over how our technology is performing and working closely with our Production Support organization to assess incident and problem trends impacting the business.

To be successful, the candidate will need experience in end user compute, infrastructure, AV and networking, as well as Warehouse Management Systems, particularly experience managing through implementation and integration of new systems. Manhattan/Manhattan Active preferred.

Additional experience in transport management systems (Centiro/Blue Yonder) and an understanding of the integration process is greatly valued. Experience in other end-to-end supply chain technologies such as ERP (SAP) is considered a bonus. Candidates will also need the ability to adapt quickly, learn new technologies and identify needed adaptations to meet local market needs.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

In this role, you will be responsible for incident management and a service delivery.

You will manage daily operation services, production support, handling everything from Warehouse Management System (Manhattan Active), Transport Management Systems (Centiro/Blue Yonder), L1/L2 & End User Computing support, all warehouse infrastructure to AV systems, and work with the Operations & Logistics team to ensure end-to-end management of incidents and service requests.

This role involves:

  • Providing direction to a team of 4-5 managed service personnel.
  • Have strong relationships management skills & communicate with warehouse cross-functional teams, including senior leaders, understanding what business needs are and work with operations on solution delivery while contributing in regular meetings to communicate operational statuses.
  • Identify any potential bottlenecks and continuously manage expectations of stakeholders.
  • Track KPI's, monitor trends, and benchmark to better serve Nike's consumers will be key as you operate with a strong sense of urgency ensuring that the operationalized ITSM processes and functions add value to all stakeholders, with respect to the delivery, management, and consumption of those services.
  • You will play an important part in optimization of technology solutions in our warehouse.
