We are hiring for (2) Lead, Supply Chain Operations Innovation roles.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

Supply Chain Innovation team is a dynamic and strategic group of individuals who are passionate about driving business growth and improvement through comprehensive supply chain strategies. As a senior member of the team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including FW and Apparel Product Supply Chain, and other business stakeholders, to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic initiatives.

As a key member of the Supply Chain Innovation team, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's supply chain strategy and driving business outcomes through data-driven insights. You will report to the Director of Supply Chain Innovation. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders across Technology, Demand Supply Management, Finance, and Corporate Strategy teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain strategies.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic manager to lead our supply chain strategy efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong background in supply chain management, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You should have a proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain strategies that drive business growth and improvement.

The candidate will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
  • A minimum of 6 years directly relevant work experience
  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on strategy and operations
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain strategies that drive business growth and improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with globally distributed cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in product supply chain, manufacturing desirable

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As a Manager, Supply Chain Innovation, you will work on developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain strategies that drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic initiatives, analyze market trends and industry benchmarks, and develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  • You will manage our annual corporate strategic review cycles and develop comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with Product Supply chain business objectives.
  • You will analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and internal data to identify opportunities for supply chain optimization both locally and globally across Geography and Product Supply Chain disciplines.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to test strategic initiatives that drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs with parity of scale in mind.
  • You will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics providers, and business partners.
