You will report directly to the Sports Marketing Finance Director and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across Sports Marketing, Legal, Finance and Controlling. This role provides significant exposure to senior management and the opportunity to contribute directly to high-visibility projects that shape the future of our athlete portfolio.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Strategic Planning, or similar roles, preferably within sports, media, or consumer goods industries.
- Excellent knowledge of long-range financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, contract evaluation and project management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to build influential relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
As the Sports Marketing Finance Lead, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes for the Sports Marketing portfolio. You'll partner closely with Sports Marketing management to evaluate investments, optimize spending, and align resources with strategic priorities.
- Own relationship and communication with assigned Sports Marketing teams, being the go-to person for all things finance.
- Spearhead the development and execution of financial plans, including long-term strategic planning and annual budgeting.
- Provide financial evaluation and guidance to the Sports Marketing management team on endorsement contracts and other initiatives.
- Build models, conduct scenario analyses, and develop insights to support decision-making for leadership.
