WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

The Lead, Program Manager, Talent Brand Creative will drive the creation of our consumer-grade video and photography content to attract, engage, and inspire top talent for Nike. This role will identify, envision, and bring to life impactful storytelling that showcases our deep culture and hiring opportunities. They will be on the Talent Brand & Experiences team in the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (TA COE), partnering with teams and stakeholders across HR, the business, and teams supporting content development, marketing, communications, and social media.

The ideal candidate is a tenured creative, with experience in art direction, graphic design, and brand management, comfortable with collaborating in a fast-paced environment with a multitude of cross-functional partners.

  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training
  • Minimum 5-7+ years of graphic design and art direction experience, with a strong focus on photo art direction in branded content, agency, editorial, or marketing environments.
  • A stellar portfolio of creative work, showcasing extensive experience in e-commerce photo art direction, digital, and editorial design.
  • Deep knowledge and expertise in all aspects of layout, typography, illustration, identity, digital, and experience production and publishing across formats and platforms.
  • Ability to lead team efforts and manage external agencies, while also working independently to deliver on individual responsibilities, with a focus on Talent Brand art direction.
  • Detailed understanding of today's creative landscape and how people engage with content from digital products to environments and experiences, especially in the e-commerce space.
  • Knowledge and proven experience with content and campaigns for digital channels (social media, career sites, internal platforms) and optimizing performance using data-driven insights.
  • Comfortability with managing multiple competing priorities, and an ability to problem solve in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to motivate and influence, with the ability to engage with all levels of a global organization.
  • Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills, with expertise in crafting authentic and engaging messaging.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

  • Leading Creative Direction for Talent Brand, ensuring content is always on-brand, diverse, contemporary, desirable and within agreed budgets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal Brand & Design teams and external creative partners, working strategically with other teams to ensure the strongest approach to achieve Consumer Grade standards and content aligned to the broader business objectives.
  • Align team and partner agency capacity with TA priorities, leading best practices in content creation, operations, and production.
  • Keeping up to date with emerging trends in fashion, design, film, art, media and technology is key for success in this role.
  • Embed EVP data, stakeholder feedback, and candidate and employee stories into all creative. Encourage employer brand advocacy and engagement.
  • Leading Talent Acquisition brand management, developing brand plans to increase brand awareness, maintaining brand standards and identity.
