We're looking for a Lead Product Line Manager Apparel in the North America Express Lane.
The nature of the role and specific product responsibility requires someone with an inherent connection to the Jordan Brand, the needs and wants of fans of the brand and a passion for translating that culture into Apparel. We seek someone who will pioneer new spaces for the Brand and who wants to win and values being part of amazing teams.
The focus of this role is creating inspiring product on a faster timeline and to serve consumers of a specific marketplace. This person will need to have a great understanding of Jordan apparel, trends in color, graphics, material and be the pulse for style, trend and storytelling that local athletes are seeking. This person will also understand and utilize market trends, consumer behaviors & analytics to build insights to bring new products to our consumer.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
The Lead Product Line Manager for Jordan Express Lane will be responsible for the Color, Graphics and Materials on Jordan apparel.
This role is responsible for supporting the vision for both Men's & Women's apparel of the Global Jordan Brand through a hyperlocal lens, and so requires someone who can put themselves in the mind space of Jordan consumers in the North America geography and understand how to serve them, apply insights from them and make impact through coveted product. You will work with a broader TRIAD team from across Design and Development and closely partner with your global product & merchandising partners to understand & fuel franchise and marketplace strategies. You will monitor progress against objectives and adjust plans as needed, including hitting cost/margin on your projects and all aspects of product management to successfully deliver the line to market. You'll ensure the accuracy of information in NIKE Inc. internal product management systems. You'll also be responsible for creating and delivering impactful presentations at internal and external meetings on a regular cadence.
You will foster strong relationships with your peers across the entire Jordan team and partner closely with Merchandising and Brand to ensure integration and alignment on key initiatives, innovations, and product journeys. As a key member of the NAEL Apparel Product Management team, you will serve as a proactive partner during critical checkpoints & planning moments. You will be responsible for coordinating and communicating the line or specific products to internal and external audiences.

WHAT YOU BRING
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
- 5 years of product experience
- Strong connection to Jordan from both the Sport and Cultural lens
- Proven track record of displaying strong business acuity & strategic decision making
- Phenomenal product eye
- Strong style sensibility
- Trend foresight
- Proven track record of fostering a collaborative team environment
- Ability to tell compelling stories
- Strategic thinking, product line management and franchise management experience, with ability to drive solid X-functional plans.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations
- Exceptional attention to details and deadlines
- Strong organizational & influencing skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
