We're looking for two new Nike Leads Partner Executive who will join the SNIPES- & D-GROUP team managing the assigned CFOPs for SNIPES. Based in EHQ Hilversum, you will drive the business with the partner to contribute to the net revenue and profitability growth, land the seasonal stories and right assortment in breadth and depth to serve the target consumer, execute the Consumer Code with the account, and be an effective team player and positive influence. SNIPES is serving the culture and lifestyle of sport in over 400 doors across Europe.
Fueled by the strategy and the mission of elevating Sport Lifestyle, this roles requires daily and direct interaction with the partner as well as with internal Nike stakeholders: therefore she/he will be an experienced and talented professional, with outstanding negotiation and communication skills. Passion for sport and a dynamic environment is what triggers her/his energy and drive. She/he will act as business owner, demonstrating a 360° involvement in all activities that define retailer's success, such as assortment definition and planning, sell-in activities, customer marketing, digital development, in partnership with the functional experts of the integrated and central NMP teams.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this role, you are a (co)owner of the customer relationship with your assigned retail partner: you will be responsible of the mutually profitable, quantitative and qualitative growth of the account. You will supervise end-to-end the full business of the partner, where growth is just an output of an ongoing effort to elevate the marketplace. Your goal is to deliver the best possible retailer experience (online and offline) to the consumer, contributing to the One Nike Marketplace strategy.
Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Develop seasonal assortments based on frameworks delivered by merchandising. Ensuring seasonal product flow and optimize in-season trading and replenishment to maximize the accounts results
  • Contribute to net revenue growth and net contribution of your account by managing the end to end business with your account
  • Plan your accounts business: forecasts and scenario plans for the account using category, consumer, partner, brand and marketplace knowledge. Efficient and effective integration in top down and bottoms up target in alignment with Merchandise Financial and Assortment Planning and land the plan with the account
  • Coordination with Marketing and supervision in defining key seasonal stories and their execution from a partner marketing point of view
  • Own the Sell-in activities within the CODE process
  • Manage the partner and the marketplace: Ensure best presentation of stories and products at your account (digital & B&M) aligned with the One Nike Marketplace strategy.
  • Build a premium seamless consumer experience, scaling online-to-offline. Obsess product launch journeys across account platform ecosystem
  • Expert to complex commercial partnership management; driving CFOP goals independently, through pro active problem solving skills, and improving the collective team performance in volatile dynamics
  • Establish and maintain timely, consistent, and positive external and internal relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customer teams at all levels of the customer's business.
  • Ensure recurring and consistent representation, presence and collaboration with partner/buyer in the market at retail (retail visit, staff training, competitor knowledge,...) where relevant and within T&E budget.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You are the Lead Partner Executive who will share the leadership on the account with two other Senior Partner Executives, reporting into the Director Commerce and PT for the SNIPES- & D-GROUP MPU. You can expect daily interaction with even senior stakeholders of the retailer. Your internal relationship will be extremely diverse and multifunctional: other Sales colleagues, Merchandising, Planning, Brand Marketing, Finance, Customer Finance, some dedicated to the account, some supporting multiple accounts.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Strong commercial experience (multiple seasons) in one or more fields, such as Sales, Account Management, Business and Retail Planning, or Merchandising
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing partnerships with buyers, including sales, consulting, negotiations, and successfully meeting seasonal goals aligned with important retail performance indicators.
  • Solid retail and business planning experience and/or skills, with the ability to use data to increase retail sales, improve inventory management, and enhance gross margins, benefiting both Nike and our retail partners.
  • Developing and implementing account strategies to drive sharp positioning and distinction in the EMEA marketplace
  • Proven experience in working and coordinating with cross-functional teams with an understanding in each supporting function to manage the account holistically
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel
