APLA Nike.Partners is a revenue-generating team that unlocks business opportunities through Nike.net (B2B platform) and serves untapped consumers to extend the reach of our brand. Nike.Net is Nike's official B2B platform, critical to Nike's future business. The Nike.Partners team exists to serve our customers (internal and external). Our tools allow our partners to plan their business, flow products to their stores, replenish inventory, and manage ordering activities from submission through delivery. We lead and make decisions with data.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We seek a talented B2B business operations Lead (business-to-business: Nike.net) to join our team. The ideal candidate will enable and execute seasonal Nike.net operations, including seasonal communication (sell-in to Sell-through), B2B campaigns that generate revenue for the organization, Authoring Nike.net seasonal experience utilizing Adobe Experience Management (AEM), and supporting Nike.net MPU teams during the sell-in moment. The candidate will also be responsible for the efficient and successful execution of day-to-day business operations. This person will need to navigate within and guide key partners amidst ambiguity.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As part of this team, you will:

- Drive Seasonal Readiness Planning and Execution in Service of our Geo and Territory Stakeholders for Sell-in (SPA), Get-Ready Moment (GRM), and Revenue-Generating Campaigns. Organize, communicate, and bring the Seasonal Strategy to life on Nike.net for our Sell-In Code Moment.

  • Develop, maintain, and communicate the Seasonal Partner Alignment (SPA) process and execution to internal upstream and downstream teams. Leveraging Adobe Experience Management.
  • Audit content delivery from Global Teams and ensure that content is organized and delivered efficiently to our territory teams.

- Own the creation and maintenance of the B2B Email Marketing communications for Nike.net platform in collaboration with APLA Nike.net MPU teams, and APLA and Global GTME team.

  • Responsible for crafting and maintaining the B2B Email Marketing communications for Nike.net B2B platform and for crafting the suite of commercial sell-in communications each season.
  • Create and deliver a succinct Content Delivery Communications Plan aligned to Code Gates and Team. Leveraging SalesForce Marketing Cloud and Campaign Monitor.
  • Drive the end-to-end Email Marketing Communications strategy, plan, and process.
  • Execute B2B (Nike.net) campaigns that generate revenue for the organization.
  • Measure success by monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of email communications.

- Insights & Analytics: Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Monitor key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of operational strategies and make necessary adjustments.

- Respond to marketplace needs by working closely with APLA territory PGTM teams and critical stakeholders.

- Operations management involves designing, creating, and improving processes and services, aligning with various departments, streamlining processes, and driving continuous improvement to enhance overall performance.

- Project management (Airtable): Monitor and evaluate projects to ensure Nike.Partners team meet their objectives.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This position is part of the APLA (Asia Pacific and Latin America) Nike.Partners team is part of the Partner Go-To-Market & Ops team. As a member of this team, you will establish and maintain solid relationships with internal teams and external customers. You will report to the Nike.Partners Director and collaborate with your peers, including Product Owner (Nike.net), and Nike.net MPU leaders (Digital Sales). Additionally, you will work closely with the APLA GTM&Ops (Geo and territory) teams and Geo key stakeholders to address marketplace needs.

WHAT YOU BRING

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business administration, or a related field.

- At least five (5) years of experience in B2B sales or Go-To-Market.

- Experience working on tools:

  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): Authoring Nike.net homepages.
  • Sales Force Marketing Cloud and Campaign Monitor: Develop and execute B2B campaigns.
  • Adobe Analytics - Tracking engagement
  • Microsoft Office (highly needed: Excel intermediate and PowerPoint)
  • Miro - Digital collaboration platform.
  • Airtable - Project management.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing B2B sales strategies and Sales Campaigns.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Knowledge of customer, competitor, and industry digital behaviors.

- Key attributes: collaborative, self-motivated, tech-savvy, investigative, influential, strategic, project manager.
