LEAD, MARKETPLACE OPERATIONS, GTM, GLOBAL JORDAN

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will be a part of the Jordan Global Operations cross functional team, directly reporting to the Director, Global Jordan Marketplace Operations and a key player for the Global Marketplace Team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining close collaboration with key partners across Jordan Marketplace (but not limited to) Geo PGTC Excellence, Global Brand Partner Studio, Global Brand Image & Writing, FOP offense, Marketing, Product, Merchandising and VMS teams. You will also lead GGP executions including model passes, sell in assets and Geo specific tools.

As the Lead, Marketplace Jordan Operations, you will support the extended Jordan Operations and Marketplace teams to deliver best-in-class Partner experiences across all FOP's (Sport, Streetwear and Energy). You will collect and coordinate our key seasonal strategies that inform the creation of our seasonal content used for both Sell-In and Sell-Through.

You will work within the Global Jordan Operations team and cross-functionally with departments such as Jordan Brand's Fields of Play Sport, Streatwear and Energy, Strategy, Merchandising, Marketplace, Marketing, Product Creation, Planning, Design, and Insights. Additionally, you will be a key support to the Global Jordan Marketplace team providing critical alignment and addressing the specific needs of Jordan Partners.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a highly motivated, operationally minded, organized and excellent communicator. This role will operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous changing environment. The ability to create an environment for stimulating collaborative new ideas and concepts is a must! Looking for someone who understands and or has worked in CODE, Styling & Creative direction, Product and a team player.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications, Business, Publishing, Graphic Design
  • 2 years professional experience or an additional 2 years' experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a dynamic environment and to deliver on strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
  • Ability to lead initiatives involving cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and excel in the face of ambiguity and with a strong Enterprise mindset.
  • Exceptional skills and the ability to drive process clarity, collaboration and accountability across Geo and Global functional teams.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • This role is designed for a proactive and strategic thinker who can drive significant impact within Jordan Brand.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Pro-active problem solver with the ability to assess a challenge and develop action steps for resolution.
  • Demonstrated a strong partner and services orientated approach.
  • Skilled in PowerPoint or Keynote, Adobe experience manager (AEM) or similar Adobe creative suite, Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Fluent in English - written & verbal.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As the Lead, Jordan Marketplace Operations you will:

Oversee Seasonal Initiatives: Lead Elevated asset delivery inclusive of Video, 3D, Photography (Styling & Creative Direction), 360 Spins, and Motion+ partnering with Nike Partner Studio & PGTC Excellence. FOP thought Partner and Project lead for specific FOP priorities. Showroom and Serena support.

Integration: Serve as a liaison with CDM/Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Brand, FOP, Geo's, Design, and Product ensuring alignment and smooth information flow. Support Digital and physical experiences in GGP and SPA/IPR.

Optimize Processes: Review, streamline, and implement improvements to organizational structures and processes for enhanced efficiency. Helping to lead communication and information flow to drive clarity and facilitate cross-functional and cross-Geo alignment. Drive operational excellence within the sample process.

Support Daily Operations: Collaborate with senior leaders on daily operational tasks, including CODE integration across GCA, MAR and GGP in addition to sample process and asset management. Strategic problem solver, highly organized, and excellent communicator.

Lead Program Management: Coordinate and manage the implementation of new processes, systems, and tools within the end-to-end CODE framework through the lens of GTM tools and assets. Dedicated operational support to Global Marketplace partnering with the FOP leads to execute the Jordan Brand strategy and concepts by providing MPUs with best-in-class GTM sell-in tools.
