You'll join our Global Signature Services and Experiences team, a group of innovators dedicated to delivering elevated retail experiences that drive engagement and loyalty with the Nike brand. As a key team member, you'll partner with a large cross-functional group, including Retail Operations, Creative, Brand, Digital, Product, and Geo teams, to develop strategies enabling retail teams to activate best-in-class customer services and experiences.
With a focus on priority campaigns, product launches, and sports moments, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and elevated brand expression across the retail landscape. By equipping teams with the tools and expertise needed to deliver exceptional retail experiences, you'll help elevate how the Nike brand shows up in the marketplace and foster deeper connections with customers.

We're looking for a consumer-obsessed innovator with a proven track record of crafting and launching retail experiences and services that delight customers and elevate brands to new heights. Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience and training
- 6+ years of experience in retail marketing, experience marketing, or a related field
- Proven ability to develop and test new concepts that drive business results and exceed customer expectations
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
As our Retail Signature Services and Experiences Lead, you will be responsible for developing and testing new concepts for in-store services and experiences that drive customer loyalty and sales growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of in-market tests and scaled services and experiences.
- Identify and develop new concepts for in-store services and experiences that align with Nike's overall retail marketing goals and objectives
- Design and execute in-market tests, such as A/B testing or customer surveys, for new concepts, analyzing results and providing recommendations for future development
- Establish a clear path for scaling services and experiences, including developing business cases, operational plans, and financial projections
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Retail Operations, Creative, Brand, Digital, Product and Nike Geo teams, and external vendors, to ensure seamless execution of in-market tests and scaled services and experiences
- Conduct customer research and analysis to inform concept development and in-market testing, ensuring that services and experiences meet the needs and desires of Nike's customers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative retail experiences, applying this knowledge to improve and evolve Nike's in-store services and experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Retail, Visual Merchandising, and Digital, to ensure seamless execution of in-market tests and scaled services and experiences
